2008 in review

Another year has passed and this has been a year of change for me! Lets review some of the exciting things that has happened this year in my life.

• My awesome friendship with Ryan Carlsson. We were close friends and were super close and stuff. We shared our little secrets and hung out all the time and stuff. We also were in future city competition together and won regionals and went to D.C had a great time. I cant believe i havnt been able to contact him either his mom is purposely ignoring me (she never liked me) or their phone isnt working. He doesnt have a cell or aim or anything so i cant contact any other way. I must find out a way to talk 2 him!
• MCS graduation! graduated from the school i have been in K-8th. Lots of memories at that school. I miss the people and some of my friends there. I liked most of the teachers there more too a lot more personal and closer teaching style.
• A new good friendship with nicky! didnt know him till september freshman year. Apparently he met darren once so he decided to sit with us one day at lunch early on. We saw him on and off for a few weeks and i dont think he had a group and friends to hang with during break and stuff. I invited him to join our little group sometime in late september. Hes given me advice and been a good friend.
• And i saved the best for last ;D. My relationship with claire. I first saw her in my english class on the first day of school at piedmont. She stood out to me even then. After getting placed next to each other in english, we were often chatting during class and stuff. I had a big crush on her and tried to act funny and stuff to sorta get her attention or something like that >.>. I was planning to ask her to homecoming since the last week of september but too dang nervous i didnt even ask till the 10th of october (good thing i was nervous though since she broke up on the 1st so if i had asked immediately idve probably been rejected i knew nothing about it then >.>). Anyways the day i asked her she called me beau in class (look it up!) which sorta picked up my courage although i was still nervous as hell. I stood there for about 4 minutes before i managed to mutter out the words. And she said yes. anyways we went to a movie first which was fun i was too nervous to really do anything (kept dropping money >.<). Went to homecoming next weekend which was awesome best night of my life. Much dancing and we ended up holding hands then i kissed her during the last dance. Since then its been a crazy wild ride which has been amazing for me :]. Its been mostly great and fun with only one serious problem the entire time weve been dating. Shes been great and i am madly in love with her. Now that ive experienced life with her, i dont know if i could ever go back to the way it was before her. probably not. I just wanna make her happy and i hope i dont screw this up >.<.

Well there it is probably more things im forgetting but whatever XD.

My vacation

Day 1

So i departed for my trip adventure 2 days ago. or was it 3? dang alrdy forgot. No wait it was 2. anyways car ride over was boring i didnt feel like reading the book i brought. I just looked out the window preoccupied with my thoughts and feeling slightly nauseaus. Mulling things over in the long ride helped me sort some things out and not be quite so pessimistic about the bad things and worries even if they are still there. In the car i questioned my mum about what fun things were at the resort thing we were staying at. There was a bowling alley (woooo) a movie theater (woooo) and the rooms had internet and we had brought the laptop to hook up to internet and i could use it (HELL YA). Only daniel forgot the laptop charger so we couldnt use that (DAMMIT UR SUCH A @#$$!!$@%#@%@%!!@%%#%^%#ING RETARD AAAHHHHHH), the movie theater was a bunch of old movies that i had seen (groan), and the bowling alley was really slippery AND had sensors so i couldnt bowl without slipping into the lanes and getting fouls for no points (GDIHJDUSGHGSD).

Arrived at hotel, mom and dad went out for dinner after taking us kids to a cheap hot dog/hamburger place. Sat on bed thinking while daniel watched news. Went bowling when they came back and failed at that.

Day 2

Woke up at 7. Felt like crap and headachey and all that bad stuff. I really didnt feel like skiing i was somewhat dizzy and didnt feel like i could even stand up straight let alone ski. Yet my mother forced me to come and ski. stopped at a mcdonalds for breakfast. Went skiing and i fell over twice on the begginner run cuz i felt like shit. stopped skiing for the day at lunch and took some medicine that made me feel better. Spent rest of time while others skiied reading my book i brought. Came back to hotel and we went out to this buffet in the casino. Which had 2 hour wait! we made reservation and hung in room for 2 hours. Came down and ate. It was DEFINITELY not worth the 2 hour wait. Cold substandard food and lumpy potatoes and it was not a good dinner. Went bowling again (i actually didnt do TERRIBLE this time) then went back to room to bed

Day 3

Woke up at 9ish. Felt better from my little sickness from the day before. We went to the cafe in the casino for breakfast. Much better then buffet. I got deuces wild on menu which had 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 sausages. and im like OMG THERES 2 OF EM ALL! and then dads like deuces ryan dueces. and im like aw damn i so knew that. it was quite good. We drove back with daniel falling asleep on me and then hitting me for waking him up. Showed up here and im like YES FINALLY BACK! I couldnt wait to get back to aim and ppl and stuff.

My family is currently all packing and getting ready for reno. I already packed my little suitcase but im feeling really sick. I feel feverish and i got a bad cough and my nose is really runny. My mom is shouting yet again and my brother is mad at me cuz i dont want to take the books he gave me for christmas on the trip. Im really frustrated with family and gloomy at the prospect of seeing noone i know but them for 3 days straight.

For some reason with this anger in the house and my frustration and me feeling sick, right now i'm taking an extremely pessimistic view at everything. Im thinking a whole bunch of bad things weigh down on me and i feel hopeless. even the few good things dont seem so bright. I feel like im failing in all that im trying to do and that all that i want will not succeed due to my own shortcomings. I feel like that some of the few people i care about are pushing me out of their lives. Or that they dont trust me. And i feel that i will screw up the relationships with the few i have left. Hopefully this is just a little depressing phase that wont last long...

God i cant wait till im back.

The malls

Dear blog,

Gah im not very happy. My mom just suddenly popped this trip on me today i had no idea it was coming. Were leaving tmrw!!! not cool the suddeness of it all D=. we leaving tmrw going to reno spending 2 nights coming back on 31st i believe. not looking forward to it. Nothing wrong with reno. Just the whole bring family on vacation thing just doesnt work for me. Its stressful -__-.

Anyways today was actually fun! i had my doubts at first, after a long list of attendees suddenly grew short and the school mixing i wasnt sure if wed rly talk to each other or anything and i thought itd be awkward. It actually went pretty well. Even though it was just me and claire from piedmont, nicky, and jeffrey and vincent from challenger. My mom was all freaking out cuz we were 5 minutes late. And guess what? jeff and vince were 40 mins late -_______-. We ended up going bowling at 300 across the street from oakridge. It was fun and nicky listen to me and put ur fingers in the effing holes! anyways we split the bill and shot some pool. although since we were all underage we had to make a 100$ deposit to use it O.O. We got the money back although some were worried. Pool was fun too. Then my dad came and picked me and claire up. When we came back to my house, i gave her the present for her i bought at the great mall yesterday. It was a necklace i got at the jewlrey section at kohls. The people there were so funny XD. At first nicky was all like ok you just stand in back and ill tell them its for my mom. Then he walks up and says hello my friend would like to buy something and im like OMG. And then the ladies all like whose it for? and i embarasedly mutter my girlfriend and shes all like O HOW NICE OF YOU SWEETIE. Then she gave me an extra 10% off just cuz of that and im like -____-. And then after i picked necklace another lady came over and the first ones all like look what this kids getting his girlfriend and the second lady said wow thats so nice i had to wait till i was freaking married to get jewlrey and nicky had ducked behind the counter laughing hysterically and im just standing there embarrassed -______________________________________-. So sad. Anyways i gave claire the necklace and she struggled to put it on and eventually got it. Then we just went on comp for 30 mins or so then her mum picked her up. Had lots of fun :D

The second day which was not torture =D

Day 2 of my (originally) nothing planned days. Ended up going to great mall with nicky. That just got suddenly planned yesterday. We went to his house after and his mother overfed me as usual. Played ssbb and rs and listened to music and fun stuff. I had a good time =D.

And tmrw is his big mall shabam with a bunch of piedmont ppl and challenger ppl. Except its not big anymore. In fact its just me him and probably claire and maybe alvin from piedmont. I think 2 or 3 ppl from challenger going. Were going to oakridge and we vote on activity there should be ok fun (hopefully >.>).

O and i looked at shum old pics of nicky and some of his friends in this portfolio thing that was like a big get well binder his friends made for him when he had leukimiua or something (which i thought was rly great of them =D). He looked way diff i didnt even think it was him the guy looked too skinny and diff face >.>. Although i didnt see a pic of someone he knows who i rly want to see -________-.

The first day of torture

Even more things have gone wrong. When i thought they couldnt. Today started out boring as i expected. As my brother and mom shouted about something, my mother came to a decision that she prefers the trip without the kids -.-. so just mom and dad going skiing tmrw. After this exciting episode, the xbox seems to just have stopped working. It wont read any of the discs of the few games i like. its annoying >.<. Then i went golfing with my dad which i THOUGHT would be fun and break some of the boring tension around me. However, not only do i golf the worst game in quite a while, my shoulder starts hurting and im in serious pain by the 3rd hole and have to stop by the 6th. so annoying now im not only tired and depressed and frustrated im flat out mad (angry face).

Christmas Day

Dear blog,

Well its 9:35 and christmas day is coming to a close. It seems that christmas came to quick this year. I wasnt really prepared for it. and now its gone not to come back for another year. too sudden it seems.

For christmas i got some books and some videos and some clothes. nothing i really wanted. I probably wont read most of the books since daniel got me them and he only got me them cuz he wanted them and hes reading them right now -.-. My grandparents came over for xmas dinner and i enjoyed talking with them my grandma is super nice. I was still kinda depressed cuz of my mom yelling and stuff and not getting anything i wanted for christmas. I webcammed chat with claire and that was nice cheered me up a bit :].

Next 2 days claire is out of town and i have nothing planned. No aim o no what will i do D=. Seriously its gonna be so boring -_______-.

28th going to mall with nicky claire and some piedmont and challenger high school ppl. that should be fun. Then going to claires house afterwards which should also be lots of fun :].

Holiday gloom

So far this holiday season has not been good to me. Much time spent arguing with the family. lots of last minute present shopping going on. Tempers are high and christmas spirit is low. I prefer school because there i dont have to be cooped up with all this turmoil. Ive been depressed most of the time and usually having some conflict with someone in the family.

Today for example i woke up and fought with my mom for computer for a while. Then i went christmas shopping with my dad and i dont even know what book i got my mom cause my dad picked it out and i dont know what she likes. I almost got to do something with claire i was setting up. I was actually hopeful for a while that i could do something fun. I was running around and talking my parents into letting me go and then right when i managed to convince my dad and mom to let me go, it turns out that i cant and i was wasting all my time. I was totally depressed and frustrated. Instead i had to go to madagascar 2 with dougie and my family. It was a stupid movie with sad humor that was an attempt to make 6 year olds giggle. Dougie was whining and making noise the entire time and it drew lots of embarrassing stares. Then i came back for christmas eve dinner and noone else was hungry except me cuz they all ate too much popcorn and my dad didnt cook anything nice he just microwaved leftovers. on christmas eve dinner! that should be something at least somewhat special. And i happen to know what my brother got me. And suprise suprise its a bunch of books i dont want from HIS favorite author! i hate him getting me presents he just gets stuff for him.

Ive been more depressed lately for a few weeks now. I havnt been getting enough sleep, my family situation has gotten worse, my grades are slipping, and my friends seem more distant, and ive got nothing fun planned and wont see claire till the 28th. I struggle to remain optimistic, that there is still one major good thing in my life and i should be happy about it, but my troubles just overtake me.

As i only have one computer in my house, there is often more then one person who wants to use it at any given time. And war has erupted! A struggle for computer time has erupted between me and me madre. I must win -________-!

In other news, i managed to get TV priveleges from my mom if i keep the surrounding area really neat and not full of tangled cords that trip people which is why she didnt let me in the first place. That should go well not too hard besides it was their fault cuz they didnt know how to use dvd cords anyways...

Reno plans continue to be crazy. We were gonna leave 2 days ago but as u can tell we didnt. We might leave on 26th and come back on 27th a plan which is heavily endorsed by me. It really depends on the weather.

I didnt do anything fun today just sat around house most of the time. went shopping and had mom hog comp -.-.

Gotta stop worrying about things. I have very little evidence to base these worries but i just cant stop! dunno why D=

Risks

My day was good. Went bowling with family and claire which was fun. And my brother whose been playing for 10 years got beat by claire. And it was her 2nd time XD. very sad. Then we went back and claire and i watched the sentinel. It was about secret service and president and assassination and all dat good stuff. i had a good time :]

My moms yelling at me a lot. its very depressing. And daniels stupid as usual. Dougie keeps turning up the volume on his tv. its realllly loud. Dad remains crazy funny cheerful despite everyone else always mad and stuff.

Im annoyed at myself about something. I didnt do it on purpose but i shoulda been more careful >.<.

Ive had to take a lot of chances lately in life. Some things that just have come up. Are risks really worth the risk? If its something fairly unimportant i like taking risks just to observe the results and learn from then. If its something fairly important i balance my odds and go with the best chance. If something truly seriously matters and is important to me i dont like taking risks. I hate it. Even the slightest risk of failure and the possibly disastrous results scare me. Some things might end up having to be risks for them to ever happen, but that doesnt mean im gonna try it. I like to wait and see if it will come around by itself. I refuse to take risks when its something very important that could destroy or endanger or hurt the imporant thing. Never.

Xmas break is acoming

ITS XMAS BREAK! Very happy bout that. no stupid school no witch lady in spanish failing me on purpose and no retard lady in bio failing me on accident! I can just do fun stuff with ppl! yays!

My weekend was good. Friday the break began im happy about dat. Then Claire came over to me housay. We watched the happening and Jumper. We also went on a walk. Then we sat in the backyard and just looked at the stars and stuff :). The stars were nice and bright. it was great :].

Saturday yet again i spent time with Claire. More is better i say :D. Anyways, i went to a movie with her and her entire family but we sat behind them. Then we went back to her house and we watched some online stuff 4 a while then we all went to dinner. It was at this italian place that was pretty good. Alex (her bro) was somewhat crazy XD. we came back and watched this french movie called like le fableux destine or something like that and she kept translating it was funny XD.

Today which is the sunday i went to church. then i came home and i was supposed to go on aim so i could set up going to da mall with nicky but troublesome parents blocked the computer access -.-. Then i went to pick up darren and tulani for youth group but there was none so we went to tulanis house instead. We hung there and played wii and stuff. and according to da wii i am 26 years old O.O. im like BS!!! probably cuz i couldnt balance cuz i was all hyper -.-.

Looking forward to the long break. Hopefully lots of chances to spend time with claire :D. not looking forward to christmas itself too much this year. My parents got a new AWESOME tv for the family. Except kids cant use it. And im like WTF THATS BULL $!@# WE CANT USE A @#$%ING TV WTF! got somewhat mad about that and they all like ooo we spent lots of money on tv for family so not many presents this year and im like IT DUSNT COUNT WE CANT EVEN USE IT!!! but w/e

Sigh lately ive been worrying about a lot of what ifs. i dunno why the what ifs have just seemed to creep into my head >.<. Im just constantly worrying about what my actions might provoke and im thinking more before i act. I used to react instantly and not think things out but im starting to slow down. English boring cuz i didnt have book and geometry filled with same druggie jackasses as usual. Then i had spanish tutoring (which i just went on internet didnt actually study) then my mom forgot to pick me up and i had to walk home in freezing weather. Now im here. How exciting.

Something came up yesterday. Something I've been trying to avoid for a while. Not cuz i dont wanna face it but cuz i didnt want Claire to feel bad or uncomfortable or sad about it. Anyways all i want is for her to be able to be happy and if talking about it makes her happy so be it and if shed rather not talk about it so be it. Whatever she wants is fine with me. ok i dont really have anything against prunes but thats what weve been calling my bio teacher. Old annoying clueless terrible teacher. All the kids mock her the entire time especially khan and the mean girls in the back. Then she goes and makes the tests impossible doesnt teach us the material and cancels retakes on tests. Its getting insane. i only knew ONE answer out of 50 on the last test! ONE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! shes whizzing through the chapters too like 3 tests in 2 weeks. its so stupid. Im actually considering cheating on the next test i know cheating bad but its total crap >.>. ive rarely cheated b4 but hedstrom is terrible...

Dear Bloggy, my weekend was great :D

Friday after school i went to claires house and we went on a walk and watched wanted which was pretty good. I thought i was staying till like 9:30 but then her mom said i had to go at 7ish so i was somewhat disappointed...

Saturday not much happened during the day but at 7 me and claire went to the winter dance. Which was dead. completely dead. Noone was there. quite sad. so instead we went to my house and watched my moms new boyfriend with my parents which was ok.

Sunday I went to shawnys birthday party. I was somewhat nervous cuz i didnt really know anyone there besides claire and shawn. They were all nice especially his dog ben who kept coming over and sitting on me. We played some fun games. I had a good time.

The really good thing about this weekend was that i got to spend lots of time with claire :]. It makes me happy.

depressing life

Ive been so mad at my mom lately. She enjoys screwing up everything in my life. Shes already bad enough always shouting at home. Im not gonna go in to all the bull shit she does. I dont have that much time to type.

My friends aren't doing too well either. Tylers invited some friends over to his house on saturday and i didnt get invited cuz hes mad at me cuz i dont hang out with them at break anymore. Well screw him if hes gonna get mad at me over something like that a true friend wouldn't do that. Darrens never been a close friend he just isn't into life enough too much into video games and stuff. And now Nickys started getting sick again which sucks Nickys one of the funniest and nicest kids i know and despite having leukimea for 2 years and having so many more challenges then the average high schooler has to face hes always cheerful. If something like that had happened to me id probably be a miserable depressing person. He doesn't deserve this.

Holloway is determined t0 not let me pass in Spanish. She doesn't think i deserve the grade cuz i dont try. she knows i haves pretty much As in all my other classes and she just thinks im not trying in her class. Well im not but im not trying in any of the others either >.>. and speaking of grades my bio grade will probably be low when i get the grading period grades. Hedstrom doesnt know what the hell shes teaching and is testing us on stuff she never taught. Its bull shit.

I find everything tedious and boring these days. I dunno why. Most of the time i act happy cuz its in my nature not cuz im happy. Im usually bored or depressed on the inside. Most of the time im just waiting for my next chance to see claire or spend time with claire to roll around which i look forward to but right then im bored and annoyed as hell.

The only thing im truely happy about is claire. And shes amazing. I love her and whenever im with her im very happy and i sorta forget all my problems. Then i go back to everything else which is hell.

She's also the first person who i actually believe is a better person then me >.>. I always thought i was better then everyone else cuz they always seemed to have some big flaw or something. But not with her she seems perfect :]. i never was mean to anyone cuz i thought they werent as good as me i treated them nice but still shes amazingness :D!



2. Ryan Carlsson

Totally awesome person most supportive friend a guy could have although he let people walk on him too much he was a little too nice. Still a great guy. I became friends with him in 7th grade when i was an annoying pompous j@ckass and he really made me into a better person with his extremely good attitude it rubbed off on me :D.

3. Ryan Frizzel

A guy who was a best friend for a while. But in the end he just wanted to be my friend to freeload off of me. Because of him i have my number 1 rule about friends now. "Dont become too attached anyone who is just a friend; after all its just a friend. In five years chances are you won't know them anymore" You probably think this makes me hoboey and antisocial but it doesnt i just dont care too much for any one friend i keep my feelings for them spread out >.>. and this rule only applies to people who are just friends if u know what i mean ;)

today

today was just about like any other day. Started with P.E where we lifted weights and Fasal harassed me about stuff. Spanish was boring and the abiatacha queen who cant speak normal english was her usual evil self. Break was the highlight of my day it always is now :D just hanging with claire. CADD was good cuz i just did fun stuff mostly looked at football stuff the period. Bio was stupid test but then me and some other kids in the back played 13 for the rest of the period XD. Lunch was ok i decided to go to the chess club and i beat the teacher who was supposed the number one guy so ive beaten all the good people there (im not even serious about chess i just play with my dad kinda sad XD) English was ok worked on oddysey packet which i finshed during math when i was supposed to be paying attention >.>. Then i went home and talked on AIM for a while. Went to library with Nicky and hanged there and made this blog it was fun. Came home, ate, and went back on computer on AIM and just did this blog entry! very exciting!

About the numbers

1. I have a girlfirend whose fantastic and is nice and all that good stuff :). Her names Claire. We like spending time together and weve been together for about 2 months. Shes the joy of my life. We hang out on weekends and during break at school. We've gone on a few dates and mostly just hanged at her house. We went to homecoming which was amazing :D and were going to the winter dance this saturday. Im always nervous around her and worry that I'll screw it up and i just try to be nice and funny. I love her very much. I'd do anything for her :D

2. I dont have as many good friends at Piedmont as I used to. My only really close friends here are Nicky, Tyler, and Darren. Nickys hilarious and slightly crazy (like me!) and i feel i can tell him almost anything cuz hes never mean and is trustworthy. I guess hes my best friend right now cuz of tyler and. Tyler has gotten mad at me cuz he thinks i spend too much time with Claire. Hes funny most of the time but he gets moody at times. Darren's funny but really quiet and doesn't talk that much. I had the best friend ever at MCS in 8th grade but his mom thinks im a bad influence and doesnt pick up the phone when i call anymore >.<.

3. I got all As and Bs except spanish which is a D- cuz my teachers evil! Most of my other classes are good but my bio teacher is pathetic >.<.

4. My mom yells too much my older brothers an annoying person and my little brother has autism. its a very dysfunctional family.
